Light Up The Night Parade

Union County Chamber of Commerce and the City of Anna are proud to host this festive and fun event in Downtown Anna!

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Downtown Anna

If you have signed up for the lights parade, please plan to enter the Anna City Park on Rusty’s Home Center side. Line up will begin at 4:45 behind the Oasis Shriners float and will be first come, first serve. The parade route ends with everyone turning RIGHT at the 4-way stop and either going back to be picked up at the park or going back to your vehicle. Anyone walking in the parade can turn on E Davie St. Thank you so much and we are excited for Saturday!

Join us for our 2nd Annual Union County Light Up The Night Parade! This free event will take place on Small Business Saturday and will include our Angel Tree Giving collection, along with a Light Parade!

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS

“As a participant in the LIGHT UP THE NIGHT PARADE, the undersigned recognizes and acknowledges that there are certain risks of personal injury, and the undersigned, individually and as agent for all who are involved with this particular entry, agrees to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which may be sustained as a result of participation in the LIGHT UP THE NIGHT PARADE.”

“The undersigned, individually and as agent for all who are involved with this particular entry, agrees to waive and relinquish all claims the undersigned may have a result of participating in the LIGHT UP THE NIGHT PARADE against the Union County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Anna and their respective officers, agents, servants and employees; and does hereby fully release and discharge the Union County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Anna and their respective officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damages or loss which the undersigned may have or which may accrue to the undersigned on account of participating in the LIGHT UP THE NIGHT PARADE.”

“The undersigned, individually and as agent for all who are involved with this particular entry, further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Union County Chamber of Commerce, the City of Anna and their respective officers, agents, servants and employees from any and all damages and losses sustained by the undersigned or anyone involved with this particular entry and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with participating in the LIGHT UP THE NIGHT PARADE.”

This Waiver and Release has been thoroughly read and understood and is given in consideration of the privilege to participate in the LIGHT UP THE NIGHT PARADE. This Waiver and Release has been executed by the undersigned, which has the authority to represent and bind all involved with this particular entry.
