Liability Waiver

I/we assume all liability for damages, including but not limited to personal injury and property damage, that may occur to myself/ourselves or any others, by participating in the Annabelle Festival 2024 Car Show. I hereby waive, for myself/ourselves, my/our heirs, executors, and administrators, any and all foreseeable claims against, and agree to hold harmless and release from any and all foreseeable claims which may be made for causes arising from participation, The City of Anna and Union County Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development, its committees, employees, sponsors and volunteers, and successors or assigns. I understand the risks involved in participating in such an event. I hereby agree to assume liability for those risks and to release and hold harmless all the persons and/or entities abovementioned.
