Tai’ Chi Gung Classes

August 4, 2023, 9-10 AM: Tai’ Chi Gung Classes. The teacher, Maribeth Smith, is a southern Illinois native, practicing in her home area for over 40 years. Maribeth shared, “Tai Chi Gung exercises created a deep peace in my soul as never before. As a teacher of this ancient art, I hope to share the “power of peace” with others.”

Classes: Mondays 1:00-2:00 PM and Fridays 9:00-10:0 AM

Anna Arts Center Members only – Unlimited Classes weekly for $40/month; Non-members: 1 class per week $50/month or 2 classes per week $60/month; Walk-ins Welcome: $10/ class
