Annabelle Festival Pet Carnival

The 2025 Annabelle Festival Pet Carnival is on Saturday, June 14, 2025, in front of the Anna Arts Center on West Davie Street.

Shawnee Hills Arts Council and PAW’s are thrilled to host the Pet Carnival. Everyone is invited to enter their pets. There are five categories:

1. Best Dressed
2. Look A Like – Owner and Pet Costumes
3. Most Unusual
4. Smallest
5. Showmanship and Pet Tricks

Rules and Regulations:
1. This competition is for everyone and for ALL pets from turtles and frogs to parakeets, so let your imagination run while. .
2. You may enter two of the categories.
3. Be ready to introduce yourself, and your pet, and share what is special about your pet.
4. Entries will be judged on presentation. Judges have the final word.
